Happy Monday!

This might have been the craziest week in AI yet.

Anthropic researcher Jacob Coxon quit the company and posted a pretty terrifying warning about where AI is headed. The post exploded, reaching more than 100 million people, and what happened next was even more interesting: other people inside Anthropic started publicly agreeing with parts of it.

Suddenly, everyone was debating the same question: Are we moving too fast?

Then Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei closed out the week with We Must Pace the Frontier, arguing that AI capabilities are advancing so quickly that safety needs more time to catch up.

So yeah... pretty normal week in AI. 😅

After all of that, I figured we could use something a little more practical this week.

So this week’s prompt is simple: take those messy meeting notes sitting in your inbox and turn them into an actual project plan.

A little less existential dread. A little more getting stuff done.

Enjoy!

PROMPT: Turn these meeting notes into an actionable project plan.

Separate discussion from actual decisions and commitments. Extract every task, decision, owner, deadline, dependency, blocker, and risk mentioned in the notes.

Organize the tasks into a tracker with these columns:

| Task | Owner | Status | Deadline | Dependency | Priority | Risk |

Do not invent missing information. If an owner, deadline, or other detail is unclear, write Not specified. Make each task specific and action-oriented.

After the tracker, include:

  • Key Decisions

  • Needs Clarification

  • Immediate Next Steps

Review the notes once more before finalizing to make sure nothing actionable was missed.

🎨 AI ART

PROMPT: Using my uploaded photo, show me what I would have looked like around 1985. Preserve my identity, facial features, skin tone, age, and recognizable appearance. Reimagine my hair, clothing, accessories, and surroundings with bold, unmistakably mid-1980s styling—expressive silhouettes, statement accessories, layered details, distinctive colors, and textures. Make it feel like a genuine 1985 photograph with analog grain, faded color, direct flash, and subtle softness. Add a period-accurate 1980s red-orange date stamp in the lower corner. No modern objects or text.
